Privacy notice
This notice covers the information you share with CUE++ through our request forms and direct contact. It’s written in plain terms; if anything is unclear, email us and we’ll explain.
What we collect
When you start a request we store the name and email you enter, the answers you give in the form, and any files you upload. We also record basic technical context (referrer, browser) and, for spam protection, your IP address at the moment you submit.
Why we collect it
Solely to understand your project and respond to you. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for marketing or advertising.
How long we keep it
Unfinished drafts are automatically deleted after 7 days. Submitted requests are kept while we’re in contact about your project and for a reasonable period afterwards, then removed. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.
Who can see it
Only the CUE++ team. Files are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. We use Supabase (database and file storage) and, when we email you, a transactional email provider. Each is used only to deliver the service above.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared. Email hello@cueplusplus.com and we’ll handle it.
We may update this notice as the service grows. This is a starting point and not formal legal advice.
